Due to the nature of the services provided by Gisel Martin, Business Strategist, we cannot offer full/partial refunds. If your service has not yet been rendered, refunds may be considered. If the service you purchased, strategy session, online program, etc., has already been completed by Gisel Martin, Business Strategist, refunds cannot be issued.
Cancelation Policy for Strategy Sessions
Please be advised that once you have booked an appointment with Gisel Martin, Business Strategist, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking charge of $50.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at email@example.com.
If Gisel Martin, Business Strategist, cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy for Monthly Strategy Sessions
A Monthly Strategy Session with Gisel Martin, Business Strategist, is charged on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel the subscription at any time, and all benefits will terminate on the date upon which you cancel. To avoid an upcoming monthly fee, you may cancel your upcoming month up to 2 days in advance of your renewal date in order to avoid being charged for the next month.
In the event your credit card cannot be charged, Gisel Martin, Business Strategist, reserves the right to terminate your Monthly Strategy Sessions. If you have trouble cancelling your membership, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address currently associated with your Membership.
